REFUND POLICY

Cancellation beyond our control

Dear fans, occasionally we might have to cancel and reschedule some of our events due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather that are out of our control. There will always be another event to reschedule your event to in this case. Your tickets are good for any of our future events in any city. There is a strict no refund policy, reschedule only.

Missing your reservation

If you miss your reservation, unfortunately we can not give you a refund at all. Please understand that we have to pay for you whether you show up or not. We are still charged for a no show. We pay for your food and drinks and we can not dismiss the costs. In some cases, we can apply some credit to another event. If you book a cruise and you miss it, your ticket will be a forfeit. Please make sure to arrive a good 30 minutes early and allow additional time for your drive in case of traffic. We can not give refunds for our cruise events at all. Cruise ships are very expensive and we rely on every ticket sale to cover the cost.

Changing Your Reservation
 
We understand things happen. We are happy to change your reservation for you when things come up. In order to change your reservation you must contact us at least 48 hours before your event date. Please first select a new event from our website.  Then, send us an email at info@cruisesandfestivals.com requesting your date change and make sure to include the new date you would like to attend.

Here are the options within 48 hour notice:

1. We can reschedule your event to a future date for a 20% fee due to late cancellation.
2. We can sell your tickets to someone on the waiting list for 20% fee and give you a refund for the rest.
3. We can give you a 50% refund and cancel.
4. You are able to give your tickets to a friend or family at no cost.

NO REFUNDS FOR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.
